Olivia Joffrey will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days.
The package will be shipped priority by United States Postal Service or UPS ground. Once your order has shipped, Olivia Joffrey is not responsible for stolen or lost packages or inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers. For International orders, customers may need to pay additional import fees to receive the package depending on the country.
Each product goes through quality control before being individually packaged to the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect that no damage has occurred during shipping before wearing our products. Olivia Joffrey assumes no responsibility for our product’s application, use, storage or maintenance: the buyer is responsible for proper care and maintenance. In no case will Olivia Joffrey (our owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, vendors) be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of data, replacement costs, loss of money or any similar damages. You may not use our products for any unauthorized purpose, such as resale.
Only one discount per order may be used on our site. We cannot retroactively apply a discount once your order has been placed. If you have put the wrong address or need to amend your order - contact us immediately to try to fix. If the order has already been processed, there is nothing we can do. Olivia Joffrey cannot add additional items to your order or process credit card payments over the phone.
Above all, we want our customers to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with your order in anyway, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can remedy the situation. For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping – Olivia Joffrey will pay for shipping out a replacement size. Refunds & exchanges will only be applied within 10 days of receiving the order and are only applicable to undamaged or unused products. Olivia Joffrey reserves the right to deny any return. All sales are final. All edible items are non-returnable.
